3. What happens on the day of installation?

Our installation team will arrive at the agreed time and the first thing they will do is confirm the routing of the cables and the location of equipment as per your requirements. We always make every effort to hide cables and make sure the job is neat and tidy and 100% to your satisfaction.

In most cases our systems can be installed within a day.

4. When do I pay?

An initial deposit of 25% is required when you place an order. The remainder of the balance is due on the day we complete the installation.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, online bank payment, PayPal, cheque or cash.

6. Can your cameras see at night?

Yes all of our cameras have night vision.

7. How long does my DVR record for?

This depends on the size of the hard drive you choose to have in your DVR. Typically a 500GB hard drive will hold two weeks worth of recordings if you have a four camera system.
